Tasks and methods of pathanatomical service and its place in the world system of Public Health. The primary tasks of pathoanatomical service. Official demands to the doctor-pathologist and to the department personnel. The equipment and rigging of pathoanatomical depratment. An order of an autopsy in treatment-and-prophylactic establishments. The basic pathoanatomical documentation.

Construction of the pathoanatomical diagnosis and its comparison with the clinical. The reasons of wrong clinical diagnoses (objective, subjective). Rules and an order of filling of the medical certificate on death (to fill item 11 – an  immediate cause of (item 21 – a basic disease of the child or a fetdeath) and the medical certificate about perinatal death us and a basic disease or a condition of mother, an afterbirth condition). Definition of a basic disease, the complications, accompanying diseases, immediate causes of death. Categories of a difference of diagnoses: Р-1, Р-2, Р-3. Meaning of a difference of diagnoses for the patient.
